Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have up to 20 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return request.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

👉 Please note: Returns are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care products (such as beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure about whether your item qualifies, please reach out before sending it back.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item (following the process above) and place a new order once your return is accepted.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the items meet the exact eligibility requirements (i.e., unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
