Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way.

• International orders: 10–20 business days, depending on customs.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal or customs delays.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—orders over $50 within the U.S. qualify for free standard shipping.

4. Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us immediately at info@loudthread.com with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes—we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.

7. How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

8. Do you offer custom designs or bulk orders?

🚨 Delays & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If your tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, don’t worry — sometimes carriers experience delays. If your item appears to be unusually delayed, please get in touch with us, and we’ll investigate the matter.

🌪️ Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

• If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos.

• If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and contact your local carrier to confirm delivery.

• We are not responsible for carrier mishandling, but we’ll always do our best to help.
